Dr. O.P. Wali is with Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi since 2001. He heads the Centre for International Trade in Technology (CITT) since 2013. He is a Masters in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), Gujrat, India and holds a PhD from JMI Central University, Delhi, India- E-Learning for Corporate Training in India. Dr. Wali has more than 27 years of experience in in the industry and the academia field. He has rolled out first online management degree program initiative of Indira Gandhi National Open University, India (IGNOU) and initiated online learning extension for IIFT programs across the country. He has also worked on ICT policy issues pertaining to education sector in developing countries at UNESCO, Paris in 2007 as a visiting scholar. Dr. Wali has published several articles in journals, such as Journal of Asia Business Studies, AIMA Journal of Management and Research, and Global Journal of Engineering research and Technology (GJERT). He has also published book reviews and participated in consultancy projects.
Dr. Prachi Gupta is Head of Department – Marketing at ITM Business School, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. She carries 20 years of work experience in corporate & academics. She is passionate about bridging the academic and real business world on topics related to marketing, branding & consumer behaviour. She involves herself in continuous development & sharing of knowledge in this field by engaging in research, live projects, lectures and workshops. Continuous development of innovative teaching pedagogies which are relevant, contemporary & engaging, make her unique and highly successful as a faculty. Her skills lie in extensive analysis of different customer & branding stories and drawing insights from them leading to learning. Her insights & analysis on different sectors and different aspects of marketing have been converted into case studies published in a book on Indian cases by Pearson publications for their title ‘Marketing Management 15/e by Kotler’. She has gained expertise in conducting courses on various business & marketing simulation models. Her research interest is in the area of branding, focusing on different elements like brand personality, loyalty, customer satisfaction, brand equity. Many of her research papers written on these topics have got published in different International & National Journals. Her PhD research has also been in branding. She leads various initiatives in her current role which have led to strong brand building of the organization.
