Sarbjit Singh Oberoi

Professor Sarbjit Singh is working as faculty in the area of Quantitative Techniques and Operations Management at Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, India.
He is presently holding the position of Chairperson Research and Accreditations. He obtained his Ph. D. degree and Master’s in Mathematics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He has qualified CSIR(NET) Exam. He has done PGDBA from Symbiosis University. His research interests include Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Analytics and Operations Research. He has published 30 research paper in various International and National Journals.

Sidhartha S Padhi

Sidhartha S. Padhi is an Associate Professor at the QMOM area of the Indian
Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode. Prior to joining the IIM Kozhikode,
he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Logistics Management, ETH Zurich, Switzerland. He started his career as a Senior Lecturer in the Operations Management Group at the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, India, in 2010 where he taught business statistics, management science, decision-making, and research methodology. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Scientific Computing. His interests are in the areas of operations and supply chain management, decision sciences, and purchasing and supply management – including sustainability, e-procurement, auctioning, revenue management, and risk management. He has published more than fifty research articles including several book chapters and articles in journals like Decision Sciences, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management, International Journal of Project Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis, and INFOR: Information Systems and Operational Research.
