Her contribution extends beyond teaching, encompassing pivotal roles in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) functions for Executive Education initiatives across India. As a distinguished educator, researcher, and Executive Education architect, Dr. Vanita leverages profound insights to design and deliver impactful learning experiences tailored for both academic and corporate audiences. Her affiliations as s visiting faculty with premier institutes such as IIMs and as an invited faculty at Nyenrode Business University underscore her stature in the educational landscape.
Embracing a pragmatic teaching ethos, she intertwines theoretical concepts with real-world applications, employing practical examples, assignments and Action Learning Projects to foster holistic Learning. Driven by a passion for continuous growth, Dr. Vanita holds a Ph.D. from IIM Mumbai and has further honed her leadership acumen through a prestigious one-year program at INSEAD. Notably, in the fiscal year 2023-2024, as head of Executive Education, she spearheaded the successful execution of 120 tailored executive programs catering to corporate clients, affirming her prowess in educational leadership and program management.

Shumank Deep, Phd

Shumank Deep, PhD. is a distinguished professional in the field of construction contracts and project management, with a particular focus on Industry 4.0 and Building Information Modelling (BIM). With an extensive background in managing complex projects, Shumank has been instrumental in advancing the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies within the construction industry. His expertise lies in the seamless adaptation of digital solutions to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and overall performance.
Throughout his career, Shumank has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and a keen understanding of the evolving demands of the industry. His work is characterized by a dedication to fostering collaboration among stakeholders, promoting sustainable practices, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive progress.
As a thought leader, Shumank has published several papers and articles on topics such as green supply chain management, sustainable supply chains, and the application of BIM in construction.
