He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development (HRD) Strategies, with a focus on women’s upliftment in the industrial and non-industrial sectors of Uttar Pradesh.
Over the course of his academic career, he has held several significant leadership and administrative positions at I.T.S Ghaziabad, including Officiating Director, Controller of Examinations, Registrar, and MBA Chairperson. These diverse leadership roles have provided him with extensive experience in academic governance, institutional administration, curriculum development, and the overall development of students and academic programmes.
His academic contributions extend to research, publications, and scholarly writing. He has contributed to and published numerous research papers in national and international journals and research platforms, covering diverse areas of Human Resource Management, labour relations, business law, and related contemporary management issues.
