Dr. D K Pandey
A seasoned academician with over 23 years of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and institutional leadership, with expertise in Human Resource Management, Labour Law, and Business Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development (HRD) Strategies, with a focus on women’s upliftment in the industrial and non-industrial sectors of Uttar Pradesh.
Over the course of his academic career, he has held several significant leadership and administrative positions at I.T.S Ghaziabad, including Officiating Director, Controller of Examinations, Registrar, and MBA Chairperson. These diverse leadership roles have provided him with extensive experience in academic governance, institutional administration, curriculum development, and the overall development of students and academic programmes.
His academic contributions extend to research, publications, and scholarly writing. He has contributed to and published numerous research papers in national and international journals and research platforms, covering diverse areas of Human Resource Management, labour relations, business law, and related contemporary management issues. He has also contributed chapters to multiple edited books, reflecting his continued engagement with academic scholarship and knowledge creation.
In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, he has actively contributed to professional development and academic outreach by conducting numerous training programmes, seminars, faculty development initiatives, and academic sessions for students, educators, and professionals. He has also participated in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic forums, providing him with broad exposure to emerging developments and contemporary practices in management and higher education.
