Dr Kumar is a strong advocate of innovative learning as well as teaching in rapidly changing educational environment. He has a rich experience of more than 23 years in academics, research, teaching, training & consultancy. He is an expert in institutionalizing pedagogy innovation and bringing about changes in all aspects of education which effect faculty and students.As an accomplished educationist entrepreneur he has turned around campuses and has given new dimensions to education. He was also closely associated with conceiving and in giving shape to some of the educational institutions like Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Management College (Meerut), Cosmic Business School (New Delhi) and K R Mangalam Global Institute of Management (New Delhi). In the past he has also convened and coordinated various academic activities for the benefit of students and academicians, some of these include International Conference in the year 2017 and 2018. He has to his credit plenty of publications in refereed Journals of repute. His area of expertise is financial management and capital markets.
