Dr. Ajay Kumar, Director, I.T.S-School Of Management is an enterprising academician with an enriching experience of 37 years in the field of education, research, training & consultancy. A visionary in the perspective of transforming Management Institutions by his unmatched leadership in Organizational Development, his continuous perseverance in improving Academic Quality and Research Orientation, Building Global Interface, Developing Entrepreneurial Culture, Improving Corporate Linkage and Creating Performance Oriented Work Culture has been instrumental for reinventing Management Education. Prior to joining I.T.S-School of Management, Dr. Ajay Kumar worked as the Executive Director-Academics and Quality Assurance, at Asian Academy of Film and Television and Asian Academy of Media Studies, Film City, Noida, UP. Earlier, he has also worked as Director at BLS Institute of Management, Sriram Business School, BLS Institute of Technology Management, GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, IMS University Courses Campus, Asian Academy of Media Studies and Institute of Technology & Science. Dr. Kumar has also been teaching Marketing specialized papers during his tenure at different institutes.
Dr. Kumar is an alumnus of BIT Mesra, Ranchi. He has also authored 3 books published by renowned publishing houses and more than 36 publications with paper presentations across National & International conferences and seminars. He also worked as Deputy Marketing Manager in Welcome Drugs, California, US. Dr. Kumar has recently been appointed as Vice President of Uttar Pradesh Yoga Association under the banner of All India Yoga Association. He was the approved Director by Bar Council of India for Law Courses. He is also the National General Secretary, Integrated Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Dr. Kumar is the Founder Member of Council for Promotion of Trade and Industry (CPTI). Dr. Kumar is the Sr. Vice President of Centre for Educational Growth and Research, Delhi-NCR.. He is also the Consultant Editor Country & Politics National Weekly. Dr. Kumar has been appointed as National Council member in Association of Indian Principals.
In the list of his achievements, Dr Kumar has authored a book title “The Brand Tales-Strategies from Fortune 500 Global Companies, 2023”.He has been awarded for his excellence in management education by several national and international bodies. Dr. Ajay Kumar was conferred “Inspirational Icon of the Year” by ICCI on February 24, 2020 at New Delhi. Dr. Ajay Kumar was also facilitated on the occasion of World Marketing Summit with Philip Kotler Awards - 2020 by Laura Ries, President Ries & Ries, Georgia, USA, to acknowledge his highly esteemed contributions over the years in planning, implementation and conducting new ideas & methodology in the field of marketing on February 29, 2020 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Dr. Kumar awarded with “INDIAN ACHIEVERS AWARD 2021 for “EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION”

Dr. Kumar was conferred as “Global Achievers Council - Memorial Award” for his valuable contribution in the field of management education, by Global Peace University, USA at Hotel Samrat, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi on Saturday, December 28, 2019. He has been felicitated with Inspirational Icon of the Year 2020 by Integrated Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He has honored with the Life Member of the FORE Society, New Delhi in 2019. Dr. Kumar has also conferred Lord Baden Powell National Award for outstanding contribution in the field of Education and Human Development on 22nd February, 2018 on World Scouts Day. He has been honored with the title of “Best Educationist, 2018” by Better India Education Awards organized by Today Research and Ratings. Dr. Kumar has also honored with the position as “National General Secretary” of Integrated Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), New Delhi and Founder Member of CPTI. He has been honored with the membership of Cambridge’s WHO’S WHO in 2012 for five years. He was also declared as Man of the Year by American Biographies in 2013. And recently Dr. Kumar has been conferred with “Global Achievers Council - Memorial Award” at the Convocation Ceremony of Global Peace University, USA for his valuable contribution in the field of management education.
