Satish Kumar

Prof. Satish Kumar is a Professor at I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad, with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He holds an MBA from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, Haryana, and a Ph.D. from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, Haryana.

His teaching and research interests span Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), E-Commerce, E-Business, and Supply Chain Management. He has a keen interest in the application of data analytics, business intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence in marketing decision-making. His work focuses on leveraging customer data, web analytics, predictive analytics, and marketing metrics to generate actionable business insights and improve organizational performance.

Prof. Kumar has published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals and has presented his research at various academic conferences. He has actively contributed to curriculum development and has been instrumental in integrating analytics and AI-driven approaches into management education. Through his academic and research endeavors, he seeks to bridge the gap between marketing theory and data-driven business practice, equipping future managers with the analytical skills required in today's digital economy.
