Dr. Raies is an academician, researcher, and management professional with over a decade of experience in higher education, academic administration, and industry-oriented teaching. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and specializes in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, while also teaching marketing and other management-related subjects. His academic career spans institutions in India and abroad, with active involvement in teaching, quality assurance, research, and institutional development.
His research interests include emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, consumer behaviour, HR analytics, and the application of artificial intelligence in management and education. He has published in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals, presented at international conferences, and has a patent under process in the area of AI-enabled research systems. In this book, Dr. Hamid combines academic rigor with practical insights to help readers understand contemporary business challenges and emerging technological trends, bridging the gap between theory and real-world application.
Currently, Dr. Hamid serves as Associate Professor at LEAD College (Autonomous) and is also associated with Nature Science Research and Innovative Centre (NSRIC Inc.) in academic and quality assurance roles. Through his teaching, research, and professional contributions, he remains committed to advancing management education, innovation, and student development.
